1. Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from THINGSSMART If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Please review the following guidelines for returns:

  • Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized products or final sale items, are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at thingssmartshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  • Partial Refunds: If only part of your order is returned, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items
